Transitions can be challenging and learning to manage your emotions is an important first step in becoming emotionally intelligent. At this workshop you will learn about the 4 components of emotional intelligence: Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, and Relationship Management. Learning how to handle challenging situtations impacts the choices you make and can help you be more aware of the outcomes of those choices. This will be an interactive workshop that will help you raise self-awareness and discover how you can start practicing emotional intelligent skills.
