You are eligble to join if you meet the following:
  • Have U.S. Citizenship / Permanent Residency
Each Applicant must meet one (1) of the following 3 primary eligibiity criteria
  • Low-Income (Receive Pell Grant)
  • First Generation student (Neither your natural or adoptive parents received a baccalaureate four year degree)
  • Have a documented disability

Eligibility criteria is set forth by TRiO under the US Department of Education
