Please complete this form, expressing your first and second top-choice preferences. Please note that you need to be available for the duration of the semester at your teaching time -- one or two absences due to professional travel are ok, we have co-instructors to cover for those kinds of things, but this should be a regular commitment.
Also, you may indicate a preferred co-instructor, but I need to assign teams based on pairing those most experienced with those least experienced, and also, scheduling constraints affecting each of us individually.
