Are you feeling burnt out? Attend this workshop to learn stress management techniques that will help you feel more relaxed and energized to finish the semester on a strong note. Participants will engage in several activities such as meditation, stretches, doodling, and more.
Workshop is from 5:00-6:00pm in SAAC 211.
